With the new year, we have a fantastic opportunity to turn inwards to craft our new you! Join the East2West_WLS Crew as we learn how to develop and maintain healthy habits around movement and meals, two significant areas we need to master if we want to find lasting success before and after bariatric surgery. We know that we are not the experts in all things bariatric...but we know some experts! Our goal at East2West_WLS is to connect this community to these experts to arm ourselves with the knowledge that we need to live our lives at a healthy weight. THREE of these experts will be joining us at this event, who will share their insights, tips, and tricks. No matter where you are in your bariatric journey, you will leave this event armed with new and necessary tools for your WLS toolbox! We cannot wait to "see" you there!
